I am working as an accountant in a organisation managed by government from last 4 years as contractual. as there was a condition to make agreement after every 11th month but last three years I was not asked to sign in any agreement and was working regularly with payment. I have never been increased in my salary till date. I was paid only Rs. 10000.00/month as fixed salary. in this way I crossed my age 38yrs and now I am unable to apply for any govt.job. Is there any provision to make my employment as permanent employee or getting age relaxation by concerned dept.

The terms of employment and the service regulations can decide. In the meantime send an application to the Head of Department to consider your case for regularisation,if rules permit.

The Department might not have engaged you directly. They must have engaged you through some service providers. The agreement would be between them not between you and the Department. You are not only person working in similar conditions. There are so many. The Government has to take decision as a policy matter, not on individual cases.

What is Nishant telling here by his post, is he soliciting business?
The author is seeking clarification for his problem, he has not sought somebody's help to handle his case. So better do not indulge soliciting business directly here.
