Hello sir/madam, I want to know that if there are about 9 buildings built in a same land and those all societies have same 7/12 extract of tht land and in convyance, only few are agreeed to do conveyance of their society and remaining are don't want to conveyance. So in that case is their any solution where we can do conveyance of the agreed society by considering the portion or the part of that particular land mentioned in that whole 7/12 extract ?
Because as mentioned in the MOFA the conveyance of all the society must done which exist in the particular land .

You can ear mark areas of agreed societies in the land plan and can get ccnveyance deed of each society.When agr.land is converted into non-agr.use,7/12 has no value.Get area of each society building area entered in the property register of the village with names of owners in the building.
