Hi, I want to buy a flat which is in resale at kharghar,Navi Mumbai. Builder has not done the conveyance deed yet with the society. Should I buy the flat in a society in which conveyance deed is not done. Possession given 4 years ago by builder.

It is not advisable to purchase a flat in the society where the builder has not registered conveyance of the property in favour of the society.

Get the title of the land/building verified by a local lawyer and insist upon getting registered sale deed.

Consult a local lawyer for title search and also get the knowledge of such delay in conveyance deed and then proceed.
