Conveyance matter

my society building was constructed on a lease plot by builder in 1975
most of resident are having agreement dated 1975 / 76 period
in 1992 leasser ( land lord ) was paid a lump sum to clear his claim of lease money to be each year by society
now we have received court decree for the effect the plot belong to sociey hence forth .
now we want to complete the process of conveyance . what are the taxes / duties to be paid for the completing the registration of conveyance now ??

Taxes are to be enquired from the local office of registrar.
