who should be contacted in case of
complain / grievance against
a cooperative banking society

I have tried under RTI ACT but
no response
I have applied to BANKING OMBUDSMAN
but they said that cooperative banking
does not come under them

if any idea then let me know

this society is in vadodara, gujarat

You can lodge ur complaint with the
Registrar of cooperative Societies if the greivance relates to mis management of the affairs of the Society or embesselment of funds etc. If the greivance relates to violation of the directives given by the RBI then the complaint may be lodged with the Urban Cooperative Banks Department of the RBI.
