Can I get copy of a Writ Petition pending in the High Court? I want copy of the petition along with the annexures. I am not a party of the Writ.

You can apply for its certified copy.

as you informed that case is pending and you are not a party, you have no right to get the certified copy of the same after disposal anyone can get certified copy of the same

You can get the certified copy of the petition as a third party by filing an affidavit with proper reasons for the same, but not during the pendency of the writ petition, it can be done after the same is disposed.
