Sir/Madam
My question is related to copyright i want to know that can we claim copyright on the songs or bhajans of hindu saints... which are already in public domain... and if some one gets copyright over the same can we revoke the same... plss tell me some provisions related to it...

You can copy anything from the public domain on which copyright is treated to have expored, but cannot claim your own copyright on others creations.

Normally, replies to academic queries result in subsequent question, which you also are doing. When you want to earn profit ($$$) out of the public domain intellectual properties, why you are shy to hire services of some lawyer from your town to have complete guidance on each and individual query. If not, you may buy and go through copyright act, which is not so costly.
