what are the basic criterias to be a Patent officer or copyright.. in well known corporate sector or any govmt. organization?

There is no set list, but the following may help:

1. A law degree from a reputed law school.

2. Prior experience in dealing with patents and other intellectual property rights, as per the requirement of the organisation.

3. A diploma in Intellectual Property Rights laws may also help.
