Correction of caste in the school records

(Querist) 06 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
I had filed suit for correction of caste in my son's school records. The decree was in my favour after producing the records and It says the concerned authority to initiate action to change the caste in school records. But the concerned authority is DDPI (Department of public instruction). DDPI had kept my files for more than 3 years without doing anything and finally washed off their hands by saying that the caste comes under 2A category and transfered the file to Department of backward caste. Now they have started asking me to bring many records to prove that we belong to 2A group.
My question is
1. "Are this Department of Backward class is above the law ?.
2. What DDPI has done, Is it correct ?
3. Is this the procedure after court decree.
4. Is there understanding between DDPI and Department of Backward class for their personnel gains.
Please help me by your suggestion.
Regards
Prakash

first of all you should not have waited for long 3 years.. now when the court order is in your favour (as per u) then , re-approach the same court, with the court order and details.

You should file execution petition against the decree in your hand and let the concerned officials come to the court for their explanation.
