Dear sir;
Iam a member of general caste & going to purchase a residential land plot in patna, bihar from schedule caste owner.It is his parental & raiyati property. In many states either such transfers are banned or permission of D.M. is required.
But , what is about Bihar . May I purchase this plot- Please make it clear.
