I.O asked for 2lacs but we refused. He told he'll oppose the bail strongly. We said as he wish. I got bail in 498a. I did not sign anything in CAW. No admit list. Because whole list was false. One day I.O came to my home and he forcibly made my wife and other three enter my home. He wanted to take valuables along. I dialled 100. In between lot of things happened. They beat me up. And my medical got conducted under influence of S.H.O. After 5hours of MLC they decided to lock me up. They even tampered with MLC timings. I went to jail as my lawyer was out of town. The I.O said that I tore his uniform and beat him up and all others. All lie. I got proof by hidden cam that his uniform was in perfect shape when he left my premises. The I.O says that I caused obstuction in his duty.
Q1. Can girl and her father come to my house with I.O after I got bail in 498a?
Q2. What should I do to register a case against I.O and under what sections.
Q3. They forcibly entered my house. Is it not a crime?
Q4 The I.O and others tried to break open my almirahs. Is it not a crime?
Plz help........I am innocent. Show me the way. They beat me up in the police station even. I and my old parents were only at home at that moment. The incidence happened at 1pm and they arrested me at 9pm.

File a private complaint under section 200 cr.p.c against the I.O, challenge his filed charge sheet. copies of hidden cam details to be attached.

Some sections shall depend upon your medical report, however, sections 219, 220, 506 should be added therein. You should also make complaint to SP of your area, High Court as well Human Rights Commission.

They can come to identify belongings if the raid is done for search and seizure.
Q2. What should I do to register a case against I.O and under what sections.
You can register your complain with the S.P of your district, you can also file application u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C, you can register complaint under section 190 Cr.P.C, you can register complain with human Rights commission simultaneously.
