counter in the civil appeal to the Supreme Court of India

I wish to have glossary of words or sentences formations to counter a civil appeal filed in the Supreme court of India. Even though the counter is prepared it lacks the vocabulary of legal terms and words to be used to impress my point of view Any help

2. Discuss with an Advocate familiar with matters of appeal before Hon'ble SC
