Court case against MTECH developer/builder

Hi,
I am sure lot of people/lawyers here know about MTECH developer/builder. They collected registration money for the properties in and around Gurgaon/Rajasthan but could not develop the properties and the money hasn't been refunded yet.
Lots of people might have filed suits against the builder. I am also one of those who registered in those properties but I am yet to file a case.
Before I file the case, I would like to know others' opinion. Is anyone here impacted also? Do you know anyone else who is fighting the case?
I am also looking for a good lawyer to file and fight my case in Delhi/New Delhi. Please contact me on my email.

U are the sufferer you have to contract the advocates. This club has got eminent lawyers you will get the list of the advocates contact them.

Thanks for suggestions so far.
Before I file the case, I would like to know others' opinion/personal experiences with M-TECH. Is anyone here impacted also? Do you know anyone else who is fighting the case?
Secondly I would prefer a lawyer who is already involved in similar case(s) against M-TECH (preferred choice) or against some other builder in Delhi/NCR (alternative choice).
