Is it possible to obtain certified copy of petition along with other connected documents and order(s) passed by the Hon’ble court through an application under RTI Act, 2005?

It would be better to get directly certify copy from the court on max. 2-3 days.

contact your lawyer . he will get you the documents on payment of necessary charges

You can apply either way.but better is the way suggested,apply on your own or through some known clerk/junior lawyer.

I am not able to access the court.
It is 2700km away from my place.

RTI is not applicable to running court cases.If you are a party in the case you can get it if not you have to give affidavit for reasons to get copies.

RTI is not applicable to the documents connected with any court case.
You have to apply for a certified copy from the concerned court. If you are not able to reach the court, you can appoint an advocate and get the copy.

Information under RTI Act can be obtained through post as well. You need not visit the place.
