i hv purchased the agricultur land 5guntas, green belt area,,SR Value 97 lakh,MR transfered to vendor wife as pavathi khatha in 1994 i should file declaration suit against legal hairs of the vendor .
,is there any consesion for below powerty line peoples for court fee?
is agricultur property atracts court fee as mentioned in the court fee suit valuation act.?
what is the court fee for 1215000 ?

There is no rebate for BPL buyer in the court fee in case of purchasse of agricultural land in any of the States of India, however, the rates of stamp duty very from State to State. It ids better to get the information locally.

Stamp duty differs from state to state, consult a local lawyer, concerned Sub-Registrar or document writer even local property dealer may help you.
How do you declare the vendee as Below Poverty Line intending to purchase land valued in lakhs of rupees, 97 lakh to 1 crore 12 lakh??
The vendee intends to purchase and be owner of so much agriculture land but do not want to pay stamp duty, seeking concession???
Is there any truth in your question paper????

My grand father purchased only 5 guntas agriculture property in karnataka in the year of 1984 ..now i hv to file declaration suit and now we hv bpl card..wherfore m seeking for concession is it posible under d law
