Court fee refund !

We had made an application for Letter of Administration in Bombay High Court in 2009.
Due to ulterior motives of some legal heirs it could not be pursue it further as they did not agreed to remove objection by the registrar. Pl. advice what happens to the court fee of Rs.75000/- paid by us from common pool and how to get the refund ?

what ahppened to the application? was it dismissed ? you must have engaged a lawyer for filing Letters of adminstartion . contact him . refund would be as per Bombay High court rules .
