Kindly intimate the fees required to be charged by the COurt for Probate of a Will and how much time the procedure of probate will take to complete.

Five percent on the value of the property or Rupees Thirty Thousand whichever is less. in Karnataka

The cost differes from State to State as this is only 3% in Haryana.

Generally if there is no contest then the probate may be provided within a period of one year but in case of dispute, then no definitely time can be anticipated.
