Hiii,

is Court fees of succession / legal heirship certificate is calculated on current market value of flat or value on which flat is purchase ? if we have share certificate of society can valuation is done on value of share certificate to transfer the immovable property ?

Court fees varies from State to State.

The fee is payable on the current market value of the flat, and not on the face value of the share certificate or the original cost of the flat.
