is it necessary to file execution of eviction orders in same court who passed such orders . i have no faith in the judge of the court who passed eviction orders as he appeared to be influenced by tenant/defendent.

And in any case, you can file for transfer after filing execution if the judge seems to be baised.

Yes, you will have to file execution in same court.

It is moved in the court of original jurisdiction where suit was instituted .
