KINDLY SEND DETAILS IN CASE ANY URGENT HELP IS REQUIRED.
WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
THANKING YOU

dear Dhwani as far as Marriage Certificate is concerned, every state in India has its own procedure and format of Marriage Certificate.

however, its mandatory contents include names and address of parties, date of marriage and sign. of registrar....other contents if any shall depend upon the procedure adopted by the concerned state.

It shall be better, if you marry and get the registration of the same. It shall serve both the purposes. If u invite, I shall attend ur marriage even.

1. Under The Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 of India: -

a)The marriage has to be solemnized, then,
b)As per the wishes and option of the parties the same can be got registered, and thereafter,
c)Marriage Certificate is given.

d)There is no provision for Direct Court Marriage or getting married before the marriage registrar.
