hi i am 25yrs old guy going to marry 19 yr old girl without consent from her family. we tried before to convince them about our relationship but they never shows any eagerness to listen us due to our caste problem,both us Hindu. so we started procedures of court marriage. but the thing is that waiting of one month for notification being not be challenged from any parties.if any letter sent to her home it will create a mess in her life. she is now last semester on examination. is there any way to defend my work on any ground? my advocate giving excuse that her age (19 at dot age she telling) so a chance of letter be sent to her address. please help.....

always obtain parents blessing before marriage . where will you stay after marraige? are you earning enough to buy a place of your own ?
waiting period of one month is for your own good . let her complete her studies . dont be in a hurry

After completion of her examination, you can very well can marry in any temple and thereafter can seek police protection or protection before any district judge. He shall send the couple to protection home for some days and thereafter as per your convenience, you both can come out therefrom. There is no need to send notice etc, in that procedure and there is no waiting period and marriage attains more effective status than of a registered marriage.

In which city/ State you are in?
Apart from some states, you can get married in Arya Samaj mondir, or a temple.
Then get the same registered and ask for police protection.

Let it go in a peaceful way.First let her complete studies.You can marry and can be given certificate of marriage by Arya samaj also.

The learned experts have advised well. You can marry her in a temple and obtain a certificate from the temple. Thereafter, apply for registration of the marriage.

Agree with experts... specially with Ajay sir .think twice before going to marriage. if you both strongly committed with your relations nobody can separate.convince yours family let them to understands your feelings. Assure them to a better life with her after marriage. dont be hurry such an important decision in life.
