Court of session order can be open for modified?

Sir,
The court of session has paased the revision order but has made error on certain facts vide its order.Please ifnorm whether the session court is bound to take application for correction of the operative part of the order?

Once judgement pronounced mean typical error if any only can be rectified.

Hi,
Agree with experts here " A Criminal Judgment" cannot be reviewed.Nevertheless if it is 'not a final order' and the error in the order is only only of 'formal or arithmetic nature',review is possible (See star judgment of SC...Adalati Prasad) Seek advice of your advocate.
Let me tell you 'in revision a judge has to see illegality etc in the impugned order' and his power is restricted to that extent.Tk cr.
