exparte eviction orders passed by trail court alongwith decree sheet stating file be consigned to record room. can application be made to set aside orders or filing of appeal is the only alternative. if request for set aside can be made what is the time limit for making such application

Yes, you can file application to set aside the said order within 30 days of the date of order.

delay can be condone because it is discretion of the court, if court think fit and satisfied with the applicant's reason for delay.
