Court room & Court premises arrest case .

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 14 July 2011 This query is : Resolved 
1) Court room is quite different from court premises.

2)Out side court room the person may be arrested and if one is to be arrested it can be done by the permission of the judge.

Any case law to support the answer pls.

No. An accused may be arrested outside court room and within court premises without permission of judge.
