Court under section 2 d of unlawful activities ( prevention ) act 1967

For issuing transfer warrant of the arrested accused or for first & subsequent remands of the arrested accused under UAPA, whether CMM court is competent or it is the Court of Sessions in view of section 2 d of the UAPA.
