Cousin brother cheated regarding property

We all would stay as a joint family,there were 5family staying together,My mother gave the money to my cousin (her sister son )trusting him that he will give her a flat,but since she treated him like a son and had faith ,trust in him that he will give the flat some day or other,before leaving to newzealand in 2002 he gave a flat saying that this flat is for her,but the main thing what he didnt do was that he didnt tranfer the ownership on my or my mothers name,he had taken an amount of 250000 and then 150000 so a toatal of 400000 lakhs and now he is telling that he gave the money to me after my mother expired,what is a lie,he didnt give me any money at all nor to my mother,he has filed a suit against me and also applied for a stay order in court....
i feel that he has forged my duplicate signature on a blank paper or made a false notary stating that he has returned the money to me or to my mother, i am doubting on that for sure....what can be done to prove him guilty....there are professional people who charge money and sign and about the notary also people take money and make the notary......will this be easy for him to prove it in court....if the sign is also sent for checking through court,people are there who can be bribed to tell a yes, do you agree with this..what can be done,i am a poor person with a family of two small childern who are studing in primary school....i have got a plane normal paper,where it is typed that he has taken the money from my mother,its pretty old and both of there sign are there will this be any use to me in court.......will a plane paper have a value in court and how strong will be the case......please help me and suggest me

It appears you have no faith in the system they why to have faith in courts and experts?
Your lawyer can easily tell you the consequences of the signed paper of your cousin so why do you want a certificate from us?
