Sir, I and a girl fall in love and both wants to marry but the problem is that she is my mother's cousin sister's daughter, my maternal grandfather and her maternal grandfather are real brother. So please tell me sir can we marry legally?

There might be entities that might be having their roots/asal/asla/origin in tribal badlands of Pakistan and marry like this without going for any reason in all 4 seasons ..

With the association of Mr. Kumar Doab (unreal name) you may try to celebrate the marriage, as that is allowed in Kumar Doab's tribal badlands of Pakistan. Of course, one thing becomes apparent that even in his hideout in India, the poor fellow Mr. Kumar Doab has not forgotten the pleasures of his native tribal badlands of Pakistan.

The querist never said that he is from badlands of Pakistan.

Evidently, you can very well understand that Mr. Kumar Doab seems to have given advice as per the laws applicable in his own native brutal tribal badlands of Pakistan, which are not applicable in India. So, if you want to follow his advice, you may have to accompany Mr. Kumar Doab to his own native badlands of Pakistan for the proposed marriage.

Mr. Kumar Doab is welcome with his extreme irritation and frustration with utterly disturbed state of his min. Seemingly home sick, Mr. Kumar Doab may better go back to his tribal badlands of Pakistan to take bed rest for at least for some days in continuation..Rest assured, nobody here is follower of laws of his Pakistani tribal bad lands.
