MY WIFE HAS FILED VARIOUS FALSE CASES AGAINST ME. I FILED SECTION 9 TO ESTABLISH CONJUGAL RELATION, AND TRIED A LOT, BUT ALL VAIN. ONE OF MY LAWYER FRIEND TOLD ME TO FILE AN APPLICATION IN THE COURT TO COVERT SECTION 9 APPLICATION INTO SECTION 13 DIVOREC. MYQUIRY IS
1. CAN IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONVER SECTION 9 IN TO SECTION 13.
2. IS THERE ANY LAW/ RULLING OF SUPREM COURT OR ANY HIGH COURT.

1. It is possible only if from her WS you can establish the acts of cruelty.
However by adding new facts you can pray for alternative relief of divorce.

It will be too early convert the case from one section to another, allow the case to come for trial, is it can be seen that there are chances for divorce, you may consult as per the circumstances with your lawyer.
