Whether the order for transfer of the suit has been passed u/s 24 or 25 CPC ?
Vague query without relevant information.
Read provision of CPC for filing an appeal before consulting a local senior lawyer.

Special court appointed by the High Court or the Government to adjudicate land grabbing and related matters hence the case was transferred to the special court by the present trial court of Judicial Magistrate.

Apparently, the plaintiff is the encroacher. How could the encroacher become the complainant in a proceedings under the Land Grabbers Act. There appears to be some confusion as to facts. What are the reliefs that the plaintiff-encroacher had sought in the suit that has been, allegedly, transferred?
