Dear Respected Sirs,

Sorry that the question was incomplete. Here it is.

Please advise what is the way to create a alumni chapter for my college.
We would like to know whether it can be formed and registered as
(i) Associaton of Persons or
(ii) Society or
(iii) Trust ot
(iv) Section 25 Company

Which would be the better way to operate for long run.

call a meeting of ex memebers . then let decision be taken on constitution of association . you can register it as a society
