You have not stated what the problem is? How can you expect advice?

Details of the entire case to me mentioned for correct reply.
Otherwise in most cases time period filling civil suit for recovery of final fixed dues and even for credit card payment is 3 years from the date it becomes due.
However as there is the issue of interest involved the due date cannot be fixed for credit card payment as the due amount increases every month with addition of interest thereon so there is also advancement of the last date for payment for total dues for credit card payment.

Laws of Pakistan are more or less are the same as inherited from British India. So, no marked difference. However, solution to the problem depends upon case specific problem. Court cases also can be invoked only if there is any similarity in the problem case with the another case related judgment.

You may better discuss the real problem, if there is any specific.
