is a credit card holder a consumer as per C.P.Act 1987 u/s 2(1)d ? whether card holder and bank is holding debtor / creditor relationship ? please explain with judgement

It is THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986...........not 1987.

Consumer Forums do decide cases of CC holders.
