Crime under 420 and 468 ipc, forgery case

Hi , I just want to know that if someone committed a crime under the above mention section 10 yrs ago but the complainant get now.
he is arrested by police man and now in MCR.
i just want to ask u, should dis person get a bell in this case

Yes criminal offence does not have limitation period and he can move for bail and get the same in concerned court.

You can apply for bail to the competent court of law.

In case of a non-bailable offence the police do not grant bail. The decision is taken by a Judicial Magistrate/Judge only.
