one girl who was in live in relation with her boyfriend ignored to marry at last. and now she is married from past 2 years. Her boyfriend now is troubling her husband sending him mails and her pics that were clicked past with boyfriend. her marrital life is so getting disturbed. She has hired a lawyer now to deal with the case. Please let me know what are the sections in criminal laws and cyber laws that can protect her from ill will of her past boyfriend and her married life now.

The offences are very serious in nature and the girl should immediately visit a nearest Cyber Cell and lodge complaint u/s 66E, 67, 67A of IT Act and u/s 354(1)(ii)(iii)(iv), 354D(1)(i), 506,509 of IPC .

Yes sir, this matter has really gone serious with her now, she has not married her boyfriend because he started abusing her and her family and was so possessive that she could not find better for her and family to marry him.

Firstly your friend should reveal and explain everything to her husband and take a serious action against the person. Along with the sections mentioned Mr. Barman, so many other sections are attracted in this case. The emails are enough evidence to send the person in jail. Tell her not to worry.. If she is not in a position to reveal the things with her husband then in such case the local police also can help her considering her situation and the nature of crime.
