i want to lodge a criminal complain against Village Level Worker for preparing a wrong voter list.
that the voter list drafted and prepared was not correct.neither he taken any objection or suggestion from local resident.he prepare a wrong document under which section a cr. complain con be filed.

A criminal complaint is filed in Court of Magistrate u/s 190 Cr. P.C. Before Police u/s 154 Crp.C.

You have to send the complaint to the Election Commissioner of the stage marking a copy to the District Collection.
