criminal offence in a civil case

If somebody produces a false evidence in a service matter before high court and the case is dismissed on behalf of that false evidence, Can we make an application before the same bench under section 340 for production of false evidence and if it succeed,s can the case be reopened on its behalf?

if you have that false evidence, you can make suit against him also defamation case.

You can prosecute him for giving false evidence. You can not reopen the case. You have to go for appeal only. Defamation?

You may apply to the same court for initiation of proceedings for prosecution of the person producing false evidence. The concluded proceedings cannot be re-opened on his behalf.
