Caught for drinking and being charged as "sharab peekar halla krte hue paye gaye" fine of 300 is given next day as it was asked by constable I don't have any receipt of court challan as he said he did all that is this affect my dream of government job

please note these points to I had signed some paper due to this I saw sharab peekar halla krte hue paye gaye was written in the paper I was in thana after paper work and alcohol level check i gave them 300 rs they took my license as id and said collect this tomorrow then I leave I was not holded more than 6 hr that was all due to delay in paper work

By now the police would have filed its report that you can obtain on your own or thru RTI and also receipt of fine if any.
Once you have these docs show these to your able counsel, specializing in Labor-service matters.

Thank yoy Kumar Doab Sir can I just go to police station and ask for my records I have a doubt cause last time I was there constable asked for bribe and which I refuse to give so this must be hard for me to convince him this time what about rti how to fill what I do ask in rti application

You have been advised in detail.
You don't have to go to PS to file RTI application. It can be filed to PIO ( usually DCP) in RTI cell.
Visit RTI cell.
If you are unable to handle entrust to your family lawyer.
