Anybody have files how to askquestion petitioner husband in cross examination,it is my first CE.plz guide me or refer me good book on it.

Cross examination is always based upon the petition,affidavit and list of documents. Apply your mind and try to fetch out on record what is not mentioned expressly in the petition and affidavit. Some questions are very important for either denial and /or admission. Please also follow tactics by which answer you desire to come on record, must have been answered as per your desire.
