Cross examination of management by workman

(Querist) 12 December 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear labour case experts,

To prevent delay in court case, can a workman in

a labour case be allowed by presiding officer to

cross examine management and further do

arguements if his lawyer is making fool of him

and willfully missing dates given by court.

Definitely, the workman can request the court that he be allowed to pleade his own case by discarding the services of the defiant and evasive lawyer.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 12 December 2011
You can appear as party in person by withdrawing the vakalat.

Agree with views of both experts.

A litigant is master of his case and if desired, he engages the lawyers for his service.

If master is desirous to run his own affair, generally courts have no objection in allowing them to plead their case.
