Please inform when a cross examination is being conducted besides the cross examiner ,crossexaminee,the JR,other parties to the suit given in the memo of parties, WHO ELSE IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE COURT ROOM While the cross examination is going on ? Can relative of either parties be present too ?

Other witnesses are not normally allowed.

The Courts are generally open courts and anyone can watch the proceedings of the court except in cases where there are special provisions for in camera proceedings. However, the persons whose presence may adversely affect the proceedings of a case, may be asked by the court to remain outside the courtroom during the proceedings of that particular case.

At the time of cross examination of a witness any other person who is also witness in the same case {either he is relative of concerned party} not allowed to remain in the court.

Agreed with the members observations. Unless the proceedings is a camera proceedings, it is an open Court, save as those witnesses as mentioned above by the members.

If he has to appear as a witness subsequently or he is creating nuisance during the proceedings, he may be asked to remain outside.
