Please inform when a cross examination is being conducted besides the cross examiner ,crossexaminee, the JR,other parties to the suit given in the memo of parties, WHO ELSE IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE COURT ROOM While the cross examination is going on ? Can relative of either parties be present too ?
The Courts are generally open courts and anyone can watch the proceedings of the court except in cases where there are special provisions for in camera proceedings. However, the persons whose presence may adversely affect the proceedings of a case, may be asked by the court to remain outside the courtroom during the proceedings of that particular case.
