Crpc 125 - FLW filed! No date of hearing from 3 months!

Dear Sir / madam,
I am battling with crpc 125 maintenance nearing 3 years! Paid more than 90%... But still opponent lawyer is not filing evidence. He is good at harassing me, taking dates n minting money! Wife not coming to court from 2.5 years but enjoying money! I changed 2 lawyers! Now the 3rd one... Is also not cooperating. When questioned something... They give noc!
*** Now opponent lawyer managed to issue FLW. Its been 3 months now... I asked my lawyer to appeal at high court! He says he has filed memo thrice... But HC not given dates due to hunger strike or limited judges in Bangalore. Now the date is on 3rd march 2018! What do i do? I have 70+ year old parents n the only son. Got nothing to recover at home. Will lose their life i am jailed! Who will take care of them when i am prisoned! Plz suggest.

Your lawyers in Bangalore are cheats otherwise if you were in Delhi/Gurgaon this matter would have been disposed off long back. Unfortunately nothing can be done, just wait for the court to start working and finalise the matter. The evidence of the petitioner wife is not brought on record than the court should close her case and fix for your evidence followed by argument and final order in the case. This all can be achieved in 2-3 dates more if the situation of the judiciary in Bangalore so desire.

:( I am unable to breath! Its really tough for me to pay IM and lawyer fees without job! Somehow managed to pay... But still this injustice is happening. Copy of FIR, medical certificates and charge sheet filed for assaulting my parents are produced in court. Notice given by commissioner and Human rights is also produced saying not to harass my old parents. Lost my job due to harassment at office, even that resignation us given... But still IM passed for 10000. They havent proved anything... Still i am sufferring! Changed 3 lawyers. Life is miserable! Can I party in person? But worry about harassment... As the opponent lawyer even slapped me once using filthy words joining few more laywers at court premises. I handled legally... Keeping that in mind he harasses every time. Takes dates saying the same thing! Mints money! Wife enjoying without coming to court!
Is their any other dept. Which can help me?

Proceed as PIP if you are properly informed.
Or find a a very able senior LOCAL counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Family matters, and having successful track record

If you have irrefutable evidences check with your counsel on prospects of suing the OP for damages...
