Dear Sir/Mam,
I have a query about Section -125 Maintenance act.
My wife has filed section 125 against me for the maintenance of Rs. 8000 per month or a lumpsum amount of Rs. 10 Lacks.
Now, my concern is i have never ask her to leave home and all other allegations are absolutely False. Still, if i am ready to take her with me and if she is not ready to live with me, am i liable to pay any amount of maintenance? without any proofs about whatever she has put allegations on me?
Please assist. It would be a very great help for me. Thanks !

YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY ANY amount of maintenance.
125 CR P C CLEARLY STATE, ONLY IN CASE YOU NEGLECTS OR REFUSE TO MAINTAIN HER..
Q of 10L does not arise here.
[AND THERE SHD NOT BE ANY CRUELTY, any valid reason to live separate] without any proofs about whatever she has put allegations on me?
In court, you offer her to live with you.
Pointing out, she on her own, without any reason living separately. So cannot claim mtn.
[[ If have children, she can claim and get mtn for children, even if she lives separate w/o reason.]]
