Sir,
My company has obtained CST registration this January. I even haven't filed a Single CST Return yet. I want to Purchase my Raw material from Outside West Bengal and hence want to Issue C Form. Can I do so ?

You can issue Form 'C', provided the purpose for which you would be purchasing from outside the State of Bengal qualify for concessional rate against Form-C.
