Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 19 August 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I am registerd in up vat and cst act .My cst registration only goods purchase Ex up and sale under up .Do i submit cst return compulsery in commercial tax office .

as you said that you are registerd in cst act under section 7(2) only, you should file monthly or quarterly return regularly along with your Form-24.
