Wife has an affair with and wants divorce but is not giving the baby to husband what can be done to get the baby.

File a case against your wife for adultery and get visitation rights for the baby.

although primary right is with mother up to certain age, but you may claim that future and welfare of child is not good with an another who is not father of child.
