Sir,

Can anybody help me by sending some copy of judgements where the father was given the custody of the child below 5 years of age

If No Objection is there From Other Side It could be Done.Even in Other Circumstances Where the Child will Not Be Safe in the Hands of Mother with justifiable Reasons the Father Could have the Custody Of child.Search" India Kanoon" website for your Suitable Judgement.
