Sir
My wife is staying separately with my daughter aged 29 years. She is neither searching a suitable boy for her marriage nor joining my family. I am staying with my son and daughter in law. I intend to perform my daughter marriage before my retirement i.e. before.2020. Tomorrow they should not blame that i have not discharged my obligation. Is there any way out to find out the intention of my daughter. I intend to take custody. what is the procedure. pl guide me. My wife staying separately for the last 3 years....

Dear querist, your daughter is 29 years old. you or your son consult with her (your daughter) that she is interesting for marriage. Then you start to see suitable matches to your daughter.

Your daughter is stated to be 29 years old, i.e., she is major (although unmarried) can not be taken custody..Neither of you (you or your wife) can seek/get custody.
Discuss the issue of searching a suitable match for your daughter with herself only.
You may deposit the amount of Kanyadaan in her (your daughter's) account, if she is unwilling to stay with you.
There is no legal issue/ dispute involved in your question for obligation of experts.

Good thing you're bothered about your daughter aged 29y, but unfortunately no one force or persuade her either to live with you or get married.
You just let her make her own decisions as she is major not dependent on anyone.

For conducting daughter's marriage you need not have her custody. You can convince her and start preparation of her marriage on her consent.
