Customer care agents

I was a customer of MTS broadband internet service. My customer id is 8459324466. I have used MTS service for almost 14 month and i found service very bad. I stop using that service and informed the customer care executives to disconnect my connection. I have not used MTS services then after.
I paid all the balance amount but after some time, i got multiple calls and messages from MTS to pay the a bill of two more months which I have never used.
I explain the details and asked to close this issue again.
But the harassment from MTS continues.
Within last 2 months i got multiple threatening call from unknown person called themselves as lawyer from tees hajari court and sometimes civil department. The problems which I faced was

1. They are telling that they registered complain of case 420 due to late payment of bill on my name. Is this a very big issue to go in court?

2. Services are not up to mark. Not providing the speed which is needed.

3. Bad customer support.

4. Unsatisfied with calls of customer services.

5. Deactivation of internet due to late payment and talking abusive language with customers.

6. Continuously life threatening calls coming, with different numbers and names. Advocate

Look into consideration. Please take actions against these numbers, why they are fooling people, and making false statements.

THEY ARE JUST GOONS / COLLECTION AGENTS TRYING TO INTIMIDATE AND GET MONEY.

You must be having copy of communication to disconnect and final bill and payment receipt.

I don't have copy of disconnection, we have telephonic conversation. Yes I do have the bills, but they are given me the next months bills, that i have not used.

From your record post to M/s MTS that on dated……………by call from your number at their number you had instructed for disconnection for reasons……………
