dear Sir
I'm sambhav jain from New Delhi,India,
I saw an ad on olx for iPhone 6s 64gb,I gave my no. to seller,he sent pics all docs like bill,pics, pan card,driving licence,I checked online warranty and asked him to delete all data and he called up next day on 19.3.16 that he has shipped it via Dtdc now it's Saturday so deposit 31000 in his or his friends account ,I deposited it ,when the mobile didn't come next day I called him up and he didn't receive, at night I tried again, he said next morning I'll receive, next day afternoon we just received empty envelope with rubbish papers in it.I call his no. and tell him what he sent,he disconnected my call and his no. is switched off now.pls help

File a complaint at the nearest police station with all the details available with you.

This is a clear case of cheating and fraud.
Lodge complaint with Police on such premises.
Do remember this is pure criminal case and not cyber offence.
