I dont remember first password now...
Few things:-
I changed password in 2009 and ISP(internet service provider) dont keep IP data more than 6 months to 1 year....
So they cant find me by my IP..
But Mistakenly i open this id on my laptop before few weeks but only once..
Now pls help me? what shud I do? It has been arround more than 4 years passed... and the owner of email id did not used it from last more than 4 years..
Now shat shud i do? I m worried...
there is any legal way to be safe in this matter??
any suggestion??

Of course, you are overacting. There is no relevance in your asking, "there is any legal way to be safe in this matter" when nothing happened in such a long period of more than the last four years. What is your problem right now? You should have come forward only when some problem would have arisen.

What was the case and complication therein when you raised a hue & cry, like, "Cyber crime ... complicated case... worried," when nobody made a legal case against you?
It was just a school book children story of "shepherd and leopard" where the shepherd used to cry falsely to call the villagers to come to his help and make a mockery of them and when leopard actually appeared before him nobody came to his help even after his loud cries.
GET SERIOUS, DON'T TRY TO MAKE ANY FUN HERE, IF THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR YOU TO FACE.
